Do I need to switch booking software?+
No. Everbase runs alongside WellnessLiving, Mindbody, or whatever you already use for scheduling and payments.
What Google Business Profile access do you need?+
Manager access to your existing profile — we never ask for your Google account password, and you can revoke access at any time.
Who owns my data?+
You do. Reviews, leads, and messages stay attached to your Google Business Profile — Everbase reads and organizes them, it doesn’t take them with it if you leave.
What happens when the Early Access waiver ends?+
Nothing changes automatically or without notice. We'll reach out before September 15, 2026 with pricing for the next term, and you decide whether to continue.
What does Early Access Program cost?+
